ProFlipFunds.com is a DBA of Beacon Asset Management LLC ("ProFlipFunds," "we," "us"), a Houston, Texas real-estate lender and deal marketplace. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone); application details (entity, property, and deal numbers you submit); buyer buy-box and funding preferences; consent records (the exact text and timestamp when you opt in); documents you upload; and usage data (device, pages, and cookies).
How we use it
To process and underwrite loan requests, respond to inquiries, send deal alerts you asked for, operate the marketplace, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Information is used only for these purposes.
SMS & email consent (TCPA)
When you opt in, we send deal alerts and account messages by SMS and email. Consent is NOT a condition of any purchase or loan. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help; use the unsubscribe link in any email. We store the exact consent language and the time you agreed.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and, only after you accept, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can decline analytics in the cookie banner without losing site functionality.
How we share
With service providers who help us operate (hosting, email/SMS, analytics, CRM) under contract; with a wholesaler only after you unlock their deal; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
